DON'T FORGET WHAT THINGS ARE WORTH |

Eight seamstresses sat at their
sewing machines spread out over the sidewalk on Fuencarral Street and embroidered
the following phrase on T-shirts: "Don’t forget what things are worth".
When a seamstress finished embroidering a T-shirt, she would give it to a passerby.
The National Fair Trade Organization promoted the action.
What is sustainable consumption? And what about fair trade? How much did you
pay for that T-shirt you’re wearing? How much do you think it should cost?
How much does a seamstress in Pakistan make to sew the T-shirt you’re wearing?
How much would you charge to make one?
An mmmm. action for En Babia.
